Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business days. Please allow reasonable processing time before your order is shipped. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and other circumstances outside our control.

Estimated delivery timeframes shown during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur because of weather, customs, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's tracking and delivery procedures.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier.

We will reasonably assist with carrier investigations where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your package or item appears to have been damaged during transit, contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue.
